Happy Wednesday! (10/19/2011)

So a few things on this Wonderful Wednesday:
First, DON’T FORGET to follow my first ever blog, All With a Manicure, for your chance to win something hand crafted by yours truly. The drawing will by November 1st, and the prize is to be determined.
Second, please forgive the lack of posts. I am getting ready for company, dealing with a broken (and now fixed) central air unit, along with dealing with a sick cat. Oh yea that and I had a mini emergency at the house which required me to obtain almost a ton of gravel, get it to my house, and unload it by HAND, alone I might add… so THAT took up quite a bit of my time lately. But I will try to get more pics of my projects, and new posts up as soon as I can. Thanks for waiting! :D
Third, I wanted to thank you all for taking time out of your very busy day to look at my first ever blog. I appreciate those of you who have also taken time out to follow it. As a first time blogger, it feels great to watch as the “followers” count grows. Thank you!

  1. Congrats and good luck on the blog. Can't wait to see everything you post. I'm a cat lover, I REALLY hope your kitty is ok. What's wrong?

Also, that really stinks that you moved all that gravel alone!

  2. Hi Sara,
Thanks for following my very first blog! I appreciate it.
We have 2 Persian cats, and one of them had intestinal problems for about a week, and the other caught a cold that turned into kitty pink eye. As you can imagine we saw a lot of our vet for a few weeks straight, but I am happy to report that they are both feeling 100% better, and are back to their playful selves!
Also thank you for the sympathy with the rocks…. I told my husband, aside from giving birth to our son it was the hardest (physical) thing I have ever done alone! PHEW!
Thanks again for following, and good luck with the giveaway. I will be posting the winner TONIGHT! (after we finish insulating… blah)
    Thanks again
    Melissa
